What makes the 26RSD10 Deck different?

Deep Abyssal Whale [26RSD10] is one of the first starter decks tied directly to the new Battle Spirits [Re] Zekkai no Sora anime.

Unlike a generic entry deck, it introduces anime-linked cards and a dedicated Abyss / 深淵 strategy. Several revealed cards interact with Swordish tokens or reward players for controlling and using Abyss-trait Spirits effectively.

The deck also includes the cores and play sheet needed to begin playing immediately, making it suitable for new players while still introducing mechanics that can later be expanded with cards from Booster Pack Zekkai no Hasha [26RBS03].

Official card reveals

The official Battle Spirits has already revealed several cards from Anime Starter Deep Abyssal Whale [26RSD10], including:

Colossal Miltonin

Gran Sils

Shireni Calling Beyond

Castle-Sweeping Barakrus

Bubble Trap

Swordish Token

These reveals give an early look at the deck’s core strategy and its focus on the Abyss trait.

The Swordish Token is a green Abyss Spirit token, and the card Swordish Comes can generate up to two Swordish Tokens, helping establish board presence and support the deck’s token-based plays.

This makes 26RSD10 more than a basic introductory deck, as it already shows clear synergy around Abyss Spirits, token generation, and coordinated field control.
